When your order arrives, please be sure to check:

- The integrity of the packaging.
- That the number of packages corresponds to that indicated on the delivery note.
If you detect any inconsistency, write "I accept with reservation" on the delivery note and specify the reason. If you have chosen the Home Plus or Home Assembly service, the courier will contact you to arrange delivery. When delivery takes place, check that the service is provided correctly and that no damage occurs to the product or your home. If this is the case, it is essential that you make a note of the issue on the delivery note.
If you notice any discrepancy, write "Accepted with reservation" on the delivery note and specify the reason.
If you need to report any damage or faults with your order, you must send photographic evidence of the product and the delivery label.
