All the additional expenses such as the rental of freight elevators, storage or others caused by the absence of the customer (breaking the commitment made when making the delivery appointment) and the risks of damage derived from these problems will be in charge of the customer. In case that the delivery can't be made on the day planned due to access problems not indicated previously by the customer or their absence on the delivery date agreed with the delivery service, Kave Home will re-charge the delivery costs.

The customer commits to be in the place of delivery on the date agreed with the delivery company and to verify their conformity with the order on the acquisition moment.
