For the return of items already delivered and within the terms and conditions of returns, we will reimburse the total amount of the items; however, any shipping costs from the initial order will not be reimbursed.

For the return of items that have not yet left our warehouse, we will refund the full amount of your order, including any shipping costs.

IMPORTANT: Refunds are made with the same method of payment which you used to purchase your item/s within a maximum of 15 days from receiving the order in our warehouse. This deadline may vary depending on the method of payment used or on the policies of your bank.
