Log in and track the status of your order in My Orders, within My Account.
Your order status will be one of the following:
- Pending: we have successfully received your order but have not received payment. This occurs when you have selected the bank transfer payment method. If we do not receive payment in five days, the order will be cancelled.
- Confirmed: we have successfully received your order and it is being prepared at our warehouse.
- Cancelled: your order has been cancelled. If this is not correct, please contact us here.
- Delivered: your order has arrived at your address.
You will receive an email from both the courier company and us with the order tracking number.
